Mge Engineering SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIS DIVISION Site Audits & Consultations Site Audits for Harmonics – Power Conditioning Electrical Installations Field Services Field Breakdown Support Onsite Repairs Workshop Repairs   SITE AUDITS & CONSULTATIONS We conduct site audits on all aspects of loads involved and advice our customers for better power management systems. UPS systems will be provided only upon conducting of proper site audits especially for high-end UPS systems. SITE AUDITS FOR HARMONICS – POWER CONDITIONING We carryout site audits for line harmonics and provide technical assistance for clients where power quality has to be improved. We supply, install and maintain SINEWAVE Active Harmonic Conditioners, also a product of MGE to improve the power factor and the power quality. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS We undertake electrical installations for any type of MGE UPS systems. Projects will be carried out under the supervision of qualified engineers. FIELD SERVICES We provide three or four preventive maintenance services free per year for any of MGE UPS system during the warranty period and also for UPS systems, which are covered by Annual Maintenance Contract. The services are conducted onsite with no or minimal power interruptions. FIELD BREAKDOWN SUPPORT We visit customers’ sites for breakdowns and rectify problems then and there. This service will be provided free of charge for warranty service contract machines. Other customers will also be visited on a nominal charge. Back-up units will be provided for Low-end UPSs. ONSITE REPAIRS Onsite repairs are conducted to minimize the downtime for breakdowns. We conduct this service to assure that there will be minimal power interruptions at critical sites, such as Banks, Factories, Radio/TV Stations, Communication Systems, Data Centers, etc. WORKSHOP REPAIRS We repair all the types of modules of UPS systems in our workshop with reasonable charges to facilitate the demand.
