Epson Engineering SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIS DIVISION Consultancy & Demonstrations Field Breakdown Support Field Services Onsite Repairs Workshop Repairs   CONSULTANCY & DEMONSTRATIONS We provide consultancy services to our customers to give them the best possible and most cost effective solutions. Demonstrations are conducted internally and at customers’ sites for some applications. FIELD BREAKDOWN SUPPORT We visit customers’ sites for breakdowns and rectify problems then and there. This service will be provided free of charge for Warranty and Service Contracted machines. Other customers will also be visited at a nominal charge. FIELD SERVICES We provide two or three preventive maintenance services per annum for warranty and Services Contracted machines depending on the model. We also conduct chargeable services on requests by customers. ONSITE REPAIRS Onsite repairs are conducted to minimize the downtime for breakdowns. WORKSHOP REPAIRS With the state of the art workshop we posses, we conduct repairs at the workshop. Our well-trained technical personnel will check all the machines come for repairs thoroughly and will submit estimates for approval. We provide all the above services for Dot Matrix high end & low end printers, Inject high end & low end printers, Large Format printers, Laser mono & colour high end & low end printers, Digital Cameras, Scanners, and Multi Media Projectors.
